long time no nothin

Hey everybody!
It has been a long time. I really need to do more blogging and writing because it is good for my mental health. Also, I know I used to do this almost daily for a summer, but things got hectic. Things are always hectic. So now I am just going to blog when I can or when I find something useful or need to vent. I am still trying to figure out this life just like everyone else, but I really do appreciate positivity because my mind is like a negativity MAGNET. Maybe one day I can be the master of my mind! Anyhow, here are a few cool things I have found.

This article is about things that you should stop doing. It is specific to women, but I think it can be empowering for anyone.

I started following Trent Shelton because of a video I saw. He includes his Faith in what he says, but it is very therapeutic and uplifting what he has to share.

Finally, I saw this yesterday while I was browsing Kerli's buzznet. I love it when there are encouraging words from celebrities. It makes them seem more human. :)

News anchor on anti-bullying

So, this was an interesting news article/ story. I really agree. I think a lot of people are exposed to negative and critical thoughts. I wouldn't call it all bullying. Some people need to develop tough skin, but people shouldn't take it upon themselves to do the bullying. Life comes with let downs. There are ways to be critical without being hurtful. Maybe some people don't know how to do that either and maybe they don't mean to be hurtful. Obviously this guy is just a judgmental dude. But yeah anti-bullying yo
